* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Janet Barber
Janet A. Barber, 72, St. Marys, died Nov. 12, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born April 12, 1942, in Lima, to Warren C. and Nellie A. Lietz Montgomery. Her mother survives in Wapakoneta. On Nov. 15, 1968, in Decatur, Ind., she married Raymond W. Barber, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Rick Miller, Anna; three daughters, Lyn (Tim) Severt, Wapakoneta, Deanna (Dan) Chappie, Houston, and Chrissy (Bryant) Hensley, St. Marys; nine grandchildren, Melissa Daniels, Brittany Miller, Kristin Anderson, Bradley Severt, Lucas Severt, Boston Hensley, Teighan Hensley, Malina Chappie and Tucker Chappie; three great-grandchildren, Jesa Green, Kyan Daniels and Lena Daniels; a brother, Kenneth (Pat) Montgomery, St. Louis, Mo.; and a sister, Sandra (Paul) Blair, Astor, Fla.
Also deceased are a granddaughter, Jessica Miller, and a brother, Keith Montgomery.
She was a 1960 graduate of Wapakoneta High School and a graduate of the Ohio State Beauty Academy in Lima. She was co-owner of BRW Tool Inc., St. Marys.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its adult choir. Other memberships included VFW Post 9289 Auxiliary and the St. Marys–Lienen Friendship Organization.
Her favorite pastimes included fishing and flower gardening. She also played the dulcimer in the Blackhoof Creek Band.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Private family burial is at St. Thomas Cemetery, Glynwood.
Calling is 2–4 and 6–8 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys.
Memorials may be given to the St. Marys–Lienen Friendship Organization.
