* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ella Benning
Ella M. Benning, 76, Versailles, passed away at 11:01 a.m. Nov. 7, 2014, in Shelby County.
She was born April 19, 1938, in Auglaize County, to Sylvanus T. and Ruth B. Katterhenry Kuck. She was married to William E. Heffner Jr., who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Jeffrey (Jeannie) Heffner, Hilliard; two daughters, Diana L. McDonald (Bill Harrolle), Olney, Ill., and Erin (Dale) Meyer, Versailles; four stepchildren, William E. (Rhonda) Heffner III, Dublin, Gary (Jenny) Heffner, St. Marys, Terry (Linda) Heffner, Jacksonville, Ark., and Cathy (John) Taylor, Norway, Mich.; 24 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Cindy) Kuck, Celina; a sister-in-law, Jean Kuck, of California; and seven nieces and nephews.
Also deceased is a brother, Kenneth K. Kuck.
She was a registered nurse at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, from 1960 to 1991. She attended the Covington Presbyterian Church, Covington.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Covington Presbyterian Church, Covington, Pastor Greg Kurtz and the Rev. Charles McDonald officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the Versailles High School Musical Theatre.
