* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeffrey King
Jeffrey L. King, 55, St. Marys, died suddenly at 5:55 a.m. November 2, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 27, 1959, in Lima, to Kenneth and Navelda Crouse King. His father is deceased. His mother survives in Orlando, Fla. On May 14, 1988, he married Barbara McEvoy, who survives at the residence.
Also surviving are three children, Josh King, St. Marys, Bradley (Amanda Whited) King, St. Marys, and Ashley (T.J. Hickman) King, St. Marys; five siblings, Karen (John) Slusher, Port Charlotte, Fla., Timothy (Natalie) King, Wapakoneta, Susan King, Orlando, Duane King, Anna, Texas, and Tabitha King, Orlando; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are a granddaughter, Brookelynn R. King, and his in-laws, Bill and Betty McEvoy.
He was a 1979 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. He was employed at Plastipak Corporation. He was a hard working man, loving father and husband. Spending time with his family was his greatest joy.
He was a die hard Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He loved football, hockey, sprint car racing and NASCAR. Fishing with his children brought him great happiness, and he was always there for his children, no matter what they needed.
Rites are 8 p.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys, Pastor Tom Seger officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Grand Lake Improvement Association.
