* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Young
Timothy J. Young, 56, St. Marys, died unexpectedly at 4:09 p.m. Oct. 27, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 8, 1958, in St. Marys, to James and Grace Schrolucke Young. His mother survives in St. Marys.
Other survivors are a sister, Lynda (Glenn) Hadley, Minster; aunts, Dorothy Prueter, New Knoxville, Jan Schumacher, New Knoxville, Mary (Bill) Schmehl, Shirley Jenkins, St. Marys, Kathy Schrolucke, New Knoxville, and Gwen Schrolucke, Brookville; and numerous cousins including Jeff (Sonya) Hadley, Anderson, Ind., and Jody (Dusty) Kemp, Clayton, Ind. 
Deceased are two uncles, Aaron and Charles Schrolucke.
He was employed at Auglaize Industries, New Bremen. He was a lifelong member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys. He enjoyed bowling and was a former member of the Auglaize County Special Olympics Bowling Team. He had been a Boy Scout when he was younger and he loved watching the St. Marys Roughriders, Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Dr. Ed Bray officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Auglaize Industries, The James and Grace Young Scholarship Fund or St. Paul's United Church of Christ.
