* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charlyne Mayer
Charlyne L. "Char" Mayer, 92, Celina, formerly of Tipp City, passed away Oct. 2, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born June 27, 1922, in Tipp City, to Harold and Rose Webster Young. She was married for 56 years to Richard "Dick" Mayer, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, James (Evelyn) Hodge, Liberty, Ind.; two stepchildren, Susan (Sherman) Brown, Doylestown, and Randy (Kim) Mayer, Dayton; a son-in-law, Roy Thomas Henneman, Terre Haute, Ind.; six grandchildren, Brenda (Bill) Thornton, Troy, Betsey (Tommy) Henry, Riverside, Kenny (Tana) Bowen, Troy, Barbara (Jeff) Garrison, Dayton, Alice (Jeff Elliott) Davisson, Casstown, and Judi (Joe) Apple, Knoxville, Tenn.; 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was baptized in the Methodist Church and was a member of the American Legion, VFW and Eagles auxiliaries. She loved living by and boating on Grand Lake.
Services were 11 a.m. today at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
Calling was 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
