* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eleanor Rammel
Eleanor H. Rammel, 97, New Town, N.D., died Sept. 27, 2014, at Garrison Memorial Hospital Nursing Home.
Funeral Mass was 11 a.m. today at St. Anthony Catholic Church, New Town, the Rev. Paul Cervinski and Deacon Dan Barone officiated. Burial followed at Van Hook Catholic Cemetery, New Town.
Calling was noon-5 p.m. today at Langham's Funeral Home, Parshall, N.D. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at the church.
