* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Birds gather at dawn

A flock of seagulls hovers near the spillway along West Bank Road at dawn this morning. Today's high is expected to reach 71. Beautiful fall weather is on tap through Monday with a high of 75 forecast each day.
