* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Coan
Mary P. " Pat" Coan, 82, Celina, passed away at 5 a.m. Sept. 22, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 31, 1931, in Denison, Iowa, to Roger M. and Edna Mae Flahive McGrath. On Oct. 7, 1953, she married William J. Coan, who died in 2003.
Surviving are five children, James Coan, Savage, Minn., Kevin (Sandy) Coan, Omaha, Neb., Dennis (Diane) Coan, Jordan, Minn., Jean (Chris) Boise, Wilmington, and Deb (Dave) Blake, Celina; 10 grandchildren, Mike Coan, Jon Coan, Carie Costanzo, Sarah Rice, Tom Coan, Caitie Coan, Tyler Boise, Jennifer Kuntz, Andy Blake and Kyle Blake; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Judy McGrath, of Virginia.
Also deceased is a brother, Michael McGrath.
She graduated from Denison High School in 1949 and received a degree in nursing from Creighton Nursing School, Omaha. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
She loved crafts, sewing, traveling, watching a good football game and spending time with her family.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the I.C. Endowment Fund.
