Ross "Chuck" Black on Tuesday pushes his Cessna 414 into a hangar at Lakefield Airport in Montezuma. The electric poles in the background - to the west of the airport near U.S. 127 - will be relocated to satisfy Federal Aviation Administration safety rules. The work is part of a proposed project estimated to cost more than $400,000.
