* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A trio of trees stricken by the emerald ash borer at Celina's Westview Park demonstrates the progression of the infestation. According to city safety service director Tom Hitchcock, damage from the Asian beetle starts at the canopy and spirals downward until the tree is dead.
