* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

The county-owned parking lot on Livingston Street across from the Mercer County Courthouse is slated for improvements. However, only one bid - about $10,000 more than the estimated cost - was received from an area contractor to pave the lot and create new sidewalks and curbs.
