* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Ross
Charles P. Ross, 90, St. Marys, died at 6:36 a.m. Sept. 3, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born March 26, 1924, in Cadiz, to Ralph and Cora Timmons Ross. On July 16, 1945, in Catlettsburg, Ky., he married Ethel Rucker, who died July 2, 2010.
Surviving are two children, Darlene (James) Hollman, St. Marys, and Charles "Bud" (Kay) Ross, St. Marys; eight grandchildren, Jim (Julie) Hollman, Todd (Missie) Hollman, Amy (Dave) Griffin, Nicole (Tim) Carpenter, Scott (Stephanie) Ross, Heidi (Kerry) Walls, Ben (Sara) Laux and Travis (Beverly) Laux; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two siblings, Louise Harris and Phillip Ross.
During World War II, he worked as a mechanic at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys and later worked at Lawler's Flowers in St. Marys.
He enjoyed woodworking and building and flying radio-controlled aircraft. He was a member of the Buzzard Baiters Radio Controlled Flying Club in St. Marys. He was an avid walker and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Dr. Ed Bray officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
