* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Raina Faris, an employee of Java Nation in Celina, takes a smoke break outside the establishment on Friday. The business, like many others in the area, has created an outside space that gives smokers a legal place to light up.

The smoke has cleared inside area businesses and, in some cases, so have the people.

In 2006, Ohio became the 12th state to ban smoking at work and in public venues. Some of the changes occurring in the last six years are visible, such as an increase in outdoor seating at bars and restaurants. [More]
