* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Raymond Heitman
Raymond A. Heitman, 89, Anna, died 8:12 a.m. Aug. 23, 2014, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney, following a brief illness.
He was born Sept. 18, 1924, in Minster, to Albert and Margaret Zircher Heitman. On April 25, 1945, he married Betty Hamp, who died Feb. 7, 2011.
Surviving are eight children, Pat (Jim) Albers, Minster, Vickie (Jack) Albers, Celina, Kathy (Keith) Coy, Sidney, Becky Dirksen, Greenville, Steve (Teri) Heitman, Wapakoneta, Mike (JoAnn) Heitman, Anna, Doug (Becky) Heitman, Houston, and Tim (Melissa) Heitman, Anna; 25 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; a brother, Roman (Shirley) Heitman, Anna; and a sister, Rose (Ken) Mills, Dayton.
Deceased are three siblings.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, a veteran of World War II and retired from farming and Goodyear Tire, St. Marys, in 1987.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, McCartyville, the Rev. James Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
