* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Brother Gus, with Logan Powell in the sulky, stays ahead of Bristol, driven by Skip De Mull, for a win in the first heat of the Signature Series' Grand Lake Trot on Sunday afternoon at the Mercer County Fair. The other heat of the Trot was won by Tesla, driven by Jack Dailey. The harness racing program for the fair concludes tonight with a 6 p.m. start. The Grand Lake Pace will be featured during the 10-race program.
