Olivia Hemmelgarn and Sam Phares were crowned Mercer County Junior Fair king and queen on Friday. Hemmelgarn is a member of the Sewers & Growers 4-H Club and Phares is a member of the Mercer County Marksmen 4-H Shooting Sports Club.
