* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Raymond Trogdlon
Raymond L. Trogdlon, 75, St. Marys, died 10:47 p.m. Aug. 1, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 1, 1939, in Wayne County, W.Va., to Lafe and Louary LeMaster Trogdlon. He was married to Altie "A.J." Renfro, who preceded him in death. Later, he married Karen Maynard, who also is deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Kimberly (Scottie) Marcum, Fort Gay, W.Va., and Kristi (Mark) Cavins, Louisa, Ky.; three grandchildren, Joshua Trogdlon, Adam Cavins and Kassidi Cavins; a step-grandson, Michael Tuttle; and five siblings, Willa Skeens, St. Marys, James Frank (Rhoda) Trogdlon, St. Marys, Sam (Connie) Trogdlon, St. Marys, Nancy (Dale) Salisbury, St. Marys, and Glen (Jan) Trogdlon, Spencerville.
Also deceased are two children, Dwayne Trogdlon and Ronda Gaynale Trogdlon.
He retired from Omni Source Corp. in St. Marys. He was a member of the NRA and loved hunting and fishing.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Charles Richtmyer officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association.
