* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donna Varner
Donna M. Varner, 59, Versailles, passed away at 9:35 p.m. July 29, 2014, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, Greenville.
She was born June 24, 1955, in Lima, to Raymond C. and Hildred C. Liesner Vorhees. On July 20, 1974, she married Bruce W. Varner, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Brad Varner, Versailles, and Curtis (Dawn) Varner, Versailles; six grandchildren, Jeffery, Olivia, Connor, Amelia, Kimber and Vienna Varner; seven brothers and sisters, Raymond D. Vorhees, Wapakoneta, Gary (Nancy) Vorhees, Carterville, Ill., John (Maureen) Vorhees, Wapakoneta, Carol (John) Neumeier, Wapakoneta, Amy (Michael) Sessor, Celina, Gail (Ken) Webb, Columbus, and Thomas (Jennifer) Vorhees, Wapakoneta; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her parents and a sister-in-law, Cora Vorhees.
She was a certified nurse assistant at the Versailles Health Care Center. She was a member of The Solid Rock Apostolic Church, Bradford, and founded the Adopt an Angel Program.
A celebration of her life is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, the Rev. Matthew O'Shell officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Adopt an Angel Program at The Solid Rock Apostolic Church.
