Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing. Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.
Celina council members reject proposed legislation

CELINA - City council members killed an ordinance on Monday night that would have allowed citizens to shoot nuisance animals in Celina if permission was secured from state or federal authorities and city officials.
After a lengthy discussion, including counsel from city law director George Moore, council members unanimously voted against the proposed legislation on its final reading. [More]
CELINA - Wright State University-Lake Campus Dean Bonnie Mathies will retire at the end of the upcoming school year.
Mathies, who was named interim dean in June 2010 and took over the position permanently in April 2011, today said this will be her last year with the university. For now, she is focusing on the upcoming year. [More]
