* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Broyles
Thomas A. Broyles, 72, Ottawa and Wildwood, Fla., died Jan. 14, 2014, at his residence at Continental Country Club, Wildwood.
He was born Dec. 22, 1942, in St. Marys, to Warren and Virginia Fischer Broyles. He was married to his wife Linda for 27 years, who survives.
Also surviving are six children, Rick Broyles, St. Marys, Greg (Tina) Broyles, St. Marys, Mark (Beth) Nolan, St. Marys, Paul "Trey" (Michelle) McKinney III, St. Marys, Stephanie (Tom) Heimann, Findlay, and Lori Nave, Celina; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a brother, Ed (Cheryl) Broyles, St. Marys; and a sister, Deb (Dick) Mohr, DeGraff.
Deceased is a sister, Barbara Morris.
He was a 1959 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and earned a bachelor of pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in 1963. He began his pharmacy career in 1957 at Neely's Drug Store, a local pharmacy in downtown St. Marys.
He and his wife moved to Ottawa in 1986 and purchased Hawkey's Pharmacy from George and Bea Hawkey. They worked side–by-side until they retired in 1999 and began spending the winter months in Florida.
He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys; Phi Mu Delta Fraternity and its inter-fraternity council. the Jaycees, Kiwanis Club, Electrical Examination Board for 10 years, Northwestern Ohio Pharmacy Assocition, Ohio Pharmacy Association, Foxmeyer wholesaler advisory board; St. Marys Outing Club - Idlewild, Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, IOOF Lodge, American Pilots' Association and the NRA.
He was a mentor to numerous pharmacy students during his career. His favorite pastimes included flying, fishing, golfing, woodworking and sharing a beer with his buddies at the "Bomb Shelter." He also enjoyed spending quality time with his neighbors, friends and family.
His hopes were that he contributed in some small way to make the world a better place.
A service of honor and remembrance is 7 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home (West Chapel), St. Marys.
Calling is one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
