* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robyn Reed
Robyn Reed, 53, Celina, died at 10 a.m. July 12, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 24, 1960, in Celina. Her father and stepmother, Bill and Angie Frideger, survive in Lima. Her mother and stepfather, Nancy Heinselman Tangeman and Robert Tangeman, survive in Celina.
On Sept. 1, 1979, she married Benny Reed, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Hiedi (Randell) Knapke, Celina; two brothers, Robert (Deanna) Tangeman, Melbourne, Fla., and Todd (Beverly) Frideger, New Bremen; a sister, Jodie (Darren) Ankney, Celina; a half brother, William (Amy) Frideger Jr., Lima; two half sisters, Ann (Ron) Pohl, Lima, and April (John) Reed, Dayton; a father-in-law, Ottie Reed, Celina; and two grandchildren, Adele and Alexander.
She was a 1978 graduate of Celina High School and a graduate of Wright State University. She worked at Huffy's and later at Sutter Brothers.
Memorial services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Matt Overman officiating.
No calling is planned.
