* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joe Strosnider
Joe A. Strosnider, 63, Ansonia, passed away in the afternoon of July 13, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born March 19, 1951, in Darke County, to Carlton W. "Sam" and Melissa L. Reigle Strosnider, New Weston. On May 6, 1972, he married Mary F. Nearon, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Jennifer (Jim) Pryer, Portland, Mich., John (Norma) Strosnider, Ansonia, and Julie (Robert) Case, Ansonia; sisters, Susan DeRegnaucourt, Dixie Stone and Amy (Rob) Kozak, all of Ansonia; grandchildren, Andrea, Mike and Matt Pryer, Ashley Strosnider, Trenten, Mollie and Hailie Case and Steven and Dylan Garland; a great-grandson, Ryker Garland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was retired from Cooper Farms in St. Henry and had attended the Teegarden Congregational Christian Church near Ansonia.
Services were today at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Eric Knight officiated. Burial followed in the Teegarden Cemetery near Ansonia.
Memorial contributions may be given to Spirit Medical Transport.
