* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Constance Eberle
Constance "Connie" Eberle, 77, of St. Marys, died suddenly July 11, 2014, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1937, in Bellefontaine, to Hod and Verna Lamb Naugle. On July 7, 1967, she married Cloyd Eberle, who survives.
Also surviving are seven children, James (Sharon) Naugle, Lima, Tonya (Ernest) Coldiron, St. Marys, Dorothy (Michael) Baker, St. Marys, Penny (Larry Crouse) Freytag, St. Marys, Jackie (Bobby) Henning, St. Marys, David (Karen) Eberle, Lima, and Michael (Jenny) Eberle, St. Marys; 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and a nephew, Mike Gibbs, of Rushylvania.
Deceased are her parents; an infant daughter, Deondra Eberle; two sons, Albert M. Freytag Jr. and Phillip Eberle; and her siblings, Shirley Meiring, Dick Shoffner, Gene Shoffner and Jenny Gibbs.
She was employed at the S&W Motel in St. Marys for many years and also the Valley Nursing Home. She had volunteered for more than 20 years at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital and loved playing bingo and cards. Her family and grandchildren were the most important things in her life.
Graveside funeral rites are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, the Rev. Travis Keller officiating. Memorial gifts may be given to Putnam County Hospice.
