* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mellissa Schlarman
Mellissa Stolz Schlarman, 49, Bismarck, N.D., and formerly of Celina, died July 6, 2014, at Standford Hospital, Bismarck.
She was born Dec. 8, 1964, in Celina. Surviving are her father, Marvin Stolz, and stepmother, Diana Bruggeman, Celina, and her mother, Rita Piper and stepfather, Steve Phillips, also of Celina.
She formerly was married to Joe Schlarman, who survives in Powell.
Other survivors are a son, Zachary Joseph Schlarman, Powell; two daughters, Jamie Marie Schlarman, Powell, and Katie Nicole Schlarman, Powell; two sisters, Leah Rohrbach, St. Marys, and Andrea (Chad) Knapke, Coldwater; three stepbrothers, Brian Phillips, Greenville, T.J. Phillips, Greenville, and Faron Woodford, Celina; a half-brother, Mike Thobe, Celina; a stepsister, Jessica Woodford, Celina; and six nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker and 1983 graduate of Celina High School.
Family services are 5 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
