* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeffrey Hobler
Jeffrey Bruce Hobler, 59, New Knoxville, died July 3, 2014, at his home.
He was born May 24, 1955, in St. Marys, to Richard and Margaret LaGue Hobler. His father is deceased and his mother survives in St. Marys.
On Oct. 22, 1982, he married Laura Cooper at St. Peter's Church in New Bremen, and she survives.
Also surviving are three children, Alexander Hobler, New Knoxville, Jonathan (Melissa Adkins) Hobler, Wapakoneta, and Maggie Hobler, Minster; two brothers, Jerrold "Jay" Hobler and James Hobler, both of St. Marys; his mother-in-law, Becky Cooper, Ponca City, Okla.; and a granddaughter, Madalyn Hobler.
He graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School in 1973 and went on to earn a bachelor of science degree, graduating magna cum laude, in 1997. He had been employed as the investigative agent for the Miami County Board of Developmental Disabilities for more than 15 years and was the manager and light show man for the bands Opel and Dartanyun for many years. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and friendly personality. He was a wonderful husband, loving son, devoted father and grandfather.
Services are 7 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Dr. David Williams officiating. Private burial rites will be held at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
