* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patty Rindler
Patty L. Cornman Rindler, 78, Minster, died at 1:26 a.m. July 4, 2014, at her home.
She was born Feb. 23, 1936, in Charleston, W.Va., to James and Eliza Smith Willey. On June 24, 1953, she married Frank A. Cornman Sr., who died March 1, 1988. On June 23, 1995, she married Gerald Rindler and he survives.
Also surviving are her children, Frank (Marie) Cornman, Magnolia, Texas, Deboraha (Richard) Bish, Templeton, Pa., Robin Cornman, Tomball, Texas, Pamela Kunkel, Houston, Texas, Mary Jo Morales, Mansfield, Texas, and Jonnie Kay (Scott) Leonard, Pearland, Texas; stepchildren, Randy (Stacy) Rindler, Minster, Daniel (Shari) Rindler, Noblesville, Ind., and Janell Rindler (Steve Woodruff), Sidney; a brother, Thomas (Mary) Willey, Sardis; a sister, Elizabeth Taylor, Weirton, W.Va.; a caregiver and special friend, Amber Frock; seven grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Deceased are a son, David Cornman; five sisters, Naomi Johnson, Mary Jo Adkins, Sherry Snyder, Donna Jean Carrol and Phyllis Willey; and a grandson, Richard Bish.
She had previously worked for Harrison Equipment, Texas Instruments, JJ's Auto & Motorcycle in Houston and with her husband at Rindler Automotive, Minster. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moulton, and the Elvis Presley Jr. Fan Club.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, Pastor Joy Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery near New Bremen.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Monday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
