* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Don Hilgeman
Don Lee Hilgeman, 79, St. Marys and Holmes Beach, Fla., died at 6:05 a.m. June 27, 2014, at his residence in St. Marys.
He was born July 18, 1934, in Portland, Ind., to Fred and Nora Bitzinger Hilgeman. On June 29, 1989, he married Doris Leeger Tonkin, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Denise Delle Donne, Palm Coast, Fla., and Darin Hilgeman, Ormond Beach, Fla.; three grandchildren, Devin Delle Donne, Brianna Tonkin and Kira Tonkin; a sister, Evelyn Clear, St. Marys; and a brother, Norman Hilgeman, Coldwater, Mich.
Deceased are a daughter, Penny Sue Hilgeman, and a brother, Kenneth Hilgeman.
He was a 1952 graduate of Portland High School. He had a long and successful career developing mobile home and RV parks. He was a master at buying and selling equipment.
In his spare time he liked to fish and travel the country in his RV. He was a caring, compassionate individual who gave of his time and talents to many people, churches and philanthropic causes.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date in Ocala, Fla. Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral Homes, St. Marys.
