* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol McMurray
Carol A. Whitney McMurray, 70, of St. Marys, passed away at 2:55 a.m. June 29, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 4, 1943, in Lima, to Ralph and Edna Shamp Whitney. On Nov. 27, 1965, she married Steven C. McMurray, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are a daughter, Lisa (Aaron) Suchland, New Bremen; three sons, Jim (Sue) McMurray, St. Marys, Kevin McMurray, St. Marys, and Brian McMurray, New Bremen; a sister, Anita Whitney, Tiffin; two brothers, Joe (Linda) Whitney, St. Marys, and Pastor Neal (Renee) Whitney, Elida; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased is a granddaughter, Christa McMurray.
She was a 1961 graduate of Spencerville High School and spent much of her life as a homemaker and loving caregiver of her children. She was a member of Cavalry Christian Fellowship Church, St. Marys.
A memorial service is 5 p.m. Wednesday at Cavalry Christian Fellowship, the Rev. Jim Sweigart officiating.
Calling is 3-5 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, is handling the arrangements.
