* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Denise Locke
Denise Metz Locke, 54, Moorseburg, Tenn., and formerly of St. Marys, died June 25, 2014, at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville, after a brief battle with cancer.
She was born March 30, 1960, in Lima, to David and Sharlene Graham Metz. On Jan. 1, 2002, in Tennessee, she married David Locke, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Dana (Renee) Metz, Gilbert, Ariz., two nephews, Kyle and Joshua Metz; and three aunts, Kay Graham, Spencerville, Carolyn Schuller, St. Marys, and Lorene Metz, St. Marys.
She was a 1978 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She was employed at Kmart for 34 years as a retail clerk, originally in St. Marys and more recently in Greeneville, Tenn.
She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and knitting. She also enjoyed baking and making candy and jellies. She was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved her family and will be missed by all who knew her, including her beloved pets, Domino the dog and Winkles the cat.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial gifts may be given to the Auglaize County Cancer Association.
