* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joseph Voisin
Joseph F. Voisin, 71, St. Marys, died at 8:08 a.m. June 18, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 31, 1942, in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., to Joseph and Fetta Grace Martin Voisin. On Sept. 5, 1989, he married Lana Jean Minkner-Zeigler in Sevierville, Tenn., and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Joseph (Patricia) Voisin, St. Marys, and Michael (Diane) Voisin, Wapakoneta; three daughters, Melissa Craft, Mansfield, Jodie (Harlan) Cornell, St. Marys, and Amanda (Will) Jackson, Wapakoneta; a stepdaughter, Darla Cost, St. Marys; two stepsons, Max Zeigler, Wapakoneta, and Lee Zeigler, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; three sisters, Bonnie (Tim) Snyder, Wapakoneta, Cindy Miars, Wapakoneta, and Mary Helen "Pooch" (Ted) Settlage, Wapakoneta; a brother, Jim (Susie) Voisin, Celina; and a stepfather, David Hainline, St. Marys.
He was a 1961 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Kerns Chevrolet in Celina, where he was manager of the body shop. He had also previously worked at Katterheinrich Motor Sales, New Knoxville; Jim Bubeck Chevrolet, New Bremen; and North Shore Pontiac-Cadillac, Celina.
He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie 767, St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included traveling to the Smoky Mountains, camping and model railroading.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Jim Sweigart officiating. Military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 9289, following the services.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
