* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Connie Yahl
Connie S. Yahl, 67, St. Marys, died at 7:53 p.m. June 8, 2014, at her residence, following a brief illness.
She was  born Aug. 8, 1946, in Sidney, to Clifford and Mildred Stiles Elsass. She married Joseph J. Yahl on June 17, 1967, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, and he survives at the residence.
Also surviving are five children, Vickie Wehner, Wapakoneta, Vern (Amy) Yahl, St. Marys, Vince (Erin) Yahl, Troy, Laurie (Nick) Lapsevich, Brunswick, and Kristy (Russell) Yonyon, Columbus; eight grandchildren, Stella and Milton Wehner, Brooke and Alex Yahl, Alyssa, Nathan and Caleb Yahl and Reed Yonyon; a sister, Jo Ann Elsass, Saline, Mich.; and a brother, Ron (Becky) Elsass, Wapakoneta.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son-in-law, Doug Wehner.
She graduated from Buckland High School in 1964 and had worked as a bookkeeper for St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Glynwood, and Auglaize Landmark. She also was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and cooking. She had prepared many funeral dinners for the members of her church. The joy of her life was watching her grandchildren grow up.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, adjacent to the church.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys.
Memorial gifts may be given to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County. A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m.
