* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carolyn Caywood
Carolyn M. Caywood, 85, Rockford, died at 5:25 p.m. May 1, 2014, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born July 21, 1928, in Zanesville, to Edward F. and Elsie Mae (Boyer) Abele. On May 5, 1951, she married Marion "Bill" Caywood, who died Feb. 19, 1998.
Surviving are two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a niece, Diane (Terry) Hodge, Sumter, S.C.; three nephews, Ed (Karen) Long, Rockford, Ted (Pam) Krugh, Rockford, and Denny (Shirley) Krugh, Ohio City; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Deceased are a daughter, Linda Kirsch, and a brother, Donald "Butch" Eugene Abele.
She was an LPN and had worked for Dr. Brashere in Rockford, Dr. Walters in Van Wert, at Gibbons Hospital in Celina, Colonial Nursing Home in Rockford and Celina Visiting Nurses in Celina. She also worked at the former Huffy's Bicycle Manufacturing in Celina, where she retired after 30 years, to care for her ailing husband. She had lived in Rockford since 1951, coming from Cleveland. She was a member of the Rockford United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.
Graveside memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, with Eric Muhlenkamp officiating.
Memorials may be directed to State of the Heart Hospice.
