* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Ribfest kicks off

Doug Crowe of Pork Brothers, Lima, on Friday monitors trays of barbecue ribs being prepared for the 2014 Ribfest at the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina. The event continues today with numerous activities. Tonight a Car Cruise-In is slated for 5 p.m. followed by the "1988 Band" from 9 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Admission is $5 per carload after 4 p.m. For more information, go to mercercountyohiofair.com and click on the events calendar.
