* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bengaline Bachelor
Bengaline L. "Benge" Bachelor, 87, Northridge, passed away May 8, 2014.
She was born Oct. 11, 1926, in Assumption, Ill., to Russell and Elizabeth Ropp Leever. She was married for 66 years to William C. Bachelor, who preceded her in death.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Carl "Rick" (Jeanette) Bachelor, Steven (Theresa) Bachelor, Toni "Chops" Hyder (Frank) Goodwin; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous relatives and friends.
Also deceased are a daughter-in-law, Sherrill A. Bachelor, and a brother, Robert Leever.
A graduate of Brookville High School, she graduated from Wright State University with her bachelor's and master's degrees in education.
She was involved in her children's activities and was a founding member of the Northridge Mother's Athletic Association. She was a substitute teacher in the Northridge School District prior to her full-time position with the New Carlisle school system, from which she retired. She and her husband were inducted into the Northridge Hall of Fame in 2006.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home, Dayton. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery, Brookville.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
