* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eunice Fritz
Eunice M. Fritz, 91, formerly of Coldwater, died May 2, 2014, at the Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born April 13, 1923, in Houston, to James Elmer and Iva Florence (Sower) Pitsenbarger. On Nov. 23, 1956, she married John R. Fritz in Miamisburg, and he died Oct. 29, 1998.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary (Bob) Spitler, Arcanum, and Debbie (Nick) Jutte, Celina; five grandchildren, Bobby Spitler, West Manchester, Scott Spitler, Gordon, Rick Spitler, West Manchester, Lisa (Bobby) Scheiding, Greenville, and Jennifer (Nathan) Harling, Celina; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; four siblings, Alice Sanders, Ansonia, Shirley Swabb, Greenville, Bill Pitsenbarger, New Weston, and Norma Trent, Greenville.
She was preceded in death by four siblings, Evelyn Lavey, Mary Connell, Gene Pitsenbarger and Edie Yahne.
She was a homemaker and especially liked cooking and sewing. She enjoyed gardening, country music, animals, playing cards and dice. Most of all, she enjoyed her family. She was a wonderful and loving mom, grandma and sister. She will be remembered for her heart of gold.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, Herb Wilker officiating. Burial will follow in Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon.
Calling is 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
