* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Viola Wuebker
Viola V. Wuebker, 81, Minster, died at 1:32 a.m. May 1, 2014, at Dorothy Love, Sidney.
She was born April 21, 1933, in Mercer County, to Joseph J. and Alvina J. Evers Selhorst. On Oct. 1, 1955, she married Leonard Wuebker at St. Rose Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and he survives in Minster.
Also surviving are six children, Kenneth (Marianne) Wuebker, Minster, James (Charlotte) Wuebker, Oakwood, Diane (Dale) Siegel, Fort Loramie, Susan (Daniel) Annett, Centerville, Ted (Jessica) Wuebker, Minster, and 14 grandchildren.
Deceased are a stepmother, Irene Knapke Selhorst, and a sister, Esther Selhorst.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and was a volunteer at Heritage Manor.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
