* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Habel
Dorothy B. Habel, 84, former resident of Dayton, passed away April 22, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Jan. 30, 1930, in West Liberty, Ky., to Ray and Beulah Dennis Wells. She was married to Robert Cunningham and George Habel, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Ron K. Cunningham, Dayton; three granddaughters, Sarah, Katie and Mary; a grandson, David; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Kim Williams, Celina; and a special friend, Joyce Johnsman, Coldwater.
Deceased are a son, Michael Kessler; three brothers, James Alexander Wells, Charles Ray Wells and Robert Eugene Wells; and two sisters, Bertie Allen and Helen Wells.
She was a homemaker and had worked as a secretary at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Fairborn and in food service at a bowling alley in Dayton. While a resident at Briarwood Village, she loved playing bingo and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.
Services are 4 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating.
Calling is 2-4 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
