* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cleo Wells
Cleo E. Wells, 85, Van Wert, died at 3 p.m. April 11, 2014, at Vancrest of Van Wert.
He was born Aug. 9, 1928, in Grover Hill to Lawson and Inez Cotterman Wells. On June 7, 1952, he married Jackie L. Brotherwood, who survives in Van Wert.
Also surviving are children, Ed (Cindy) Wells of Colorado, Ron (Linda) Wells, Convoy, Sheryl (Jim) Burns of Michigan, and Jenny (Stan) Lichtenberger, Van Wert; a brother, Herman (Doris) Wells, Van Wert; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Harold Wells; sisters, Kate Yearling, Dorothy Dilbone and Lucille Dyer; and a grandchild.
He retired as a receiving clerk at Van Wert County Hospital after 31 years of service. He was a 10-year American Red Cross volunteer.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial is at Ridge Cemetery, Middle Point.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory.
Memorials can be made to American Red Cross or Vancrest of Van Wert Activities Fund.
