* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Karl Hagaman Sr.
Karl L. Hagaman Sr., 69, Celina, died April 4, 2014, at his residence.
He was born April 25, 1944, in St. Marys, to Frank and Leona Conner Hagaman. On Jan. 17, 1970, he married Rita Gilbert, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Ron (Julie) Hagaman, Mendon; Karl (Sara) Hagaman Jr., Celina; Steve (Robin) Hagaman, Celina; Kevin (Amy) Hagaman, Celina; and Marty (Renee) Collier, Concouver, Wash.; a good friend and care provider, Dr. Michael Josey, St. Marys; two sisters, Sue Luth, Celina, and Mary (Bob) Hines, Celina; and 17 grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Jack, Jim and Steve Hagaman, and three sisters, Sandy Phipps, Barb Cooley and Cathy Hagaman.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired boiler operator for Coldwater schools. He was a member of New Start Church of God, Celina, and the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars. He loved fishing, camping and talking; he never knew a stranger. He loved his grandchildren and watching his boys play softball. He also was a long-time greeter at the church.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at New Start Church of God, the Rev. John Mobley officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the New Start Church of God. Military services will be at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday after the service, both at the church.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Community Health Professionals.
