* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jill Shepherd-Robinson
Jill A. Shepherd-Robinson, 52, St. Marys, died March 28, 2014, at her residence.
She was born July 4, 1961, in Richmond, Ind., to Richard and Helen Hollopeter Brown.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Shepherd, Galion; two sons, Jeremy (Natasha) Robinson, Union City, Ind., and Joshua Robinson, Greenville; a grandson, Joel Robinson; two brothers, Jerry (Amanda) Brown, Oakwood, and Joseph (Shana) Brown, Crab Orchard, Ky.; and a sister-in-law, Naomi Brown, Portsmouth.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Helen Brown; a brother, Jack Brown; and former husband, Charles David Robinson.
She was a homemaker and had formerly worked at Walmart in Celina. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her favorite pastimes were watching television and spending time with her family and friends.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys. Burial will be at Mote Cemetery in Darke County.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
