* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lucas Roudebush
Lucas R. Roudebush, 25, Coldwater, died March 14, 2014, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
He was born March 12, 1989, in Coldwater, to Teresa Hogan Roudebush of Coldwater and Ronald Roudebush of Kentucky.
He is also survived by a sister, Jessica Gast, Covington, Ky.; a half-brother, Nick Roudebush, Dayton; a half-sister, Tami Roudebush, Dayton and grandparents, Bob and Shirley Hogan, Coldwater, and Gladys Roudebush, Kettering.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Gast; grandfather, Ray Roudebush; and great-grandparents, Mike and Mabel Zahn and Ted and Mary Hogan.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. He graduated with honors in 2008 from Coldwater High School, where he was a member of the bowling team and the band. He also was active in the local 4-H club.
A celebration of his life will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Coldwater United Steel Workers Union Hall in Coldwater, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Saturday at the Union Hall.
