* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

As the snow and slush disappears, the gaping holes and cracks in many roads have become visible. Planned road projects will be pared this year as officials instead spend money on fixing potholes and crumbling pavement caused by this winter's harsh conditions.
