* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LaVerne Ley
LaVerne Karl "Buster" Ley, 63, Celina, died at 7:29 a.m. Feb. 5, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 10, 1950, in Dayton, to LaVerne and Delores Wagner Ley.
He is survived by his father, LaVerne Ley, Dayton; his ex-wife, Roberta Gammon, Rockford; a son, Corey (Lindsay) Ley, Celina; daughters, Peggy (Tony) Carr, Montezuma, Mary (Nathan) Cassada, Celina, and April Hoening, Fort Recovery; brothers, Bruce Ley, Celina, Charles Batner, Bradford, Daryl (Tina) Batner and Brian Batner, all of Ludlow Falls; sisters, Cheryl (Brian) Fogel, Montezuma, Kim (Gene) West, Brookville, Karen (Eric) Tucker, Germantown, Karla (Terry) Hollenbaugh, Dayton, and Kristy (Randy) Cambell, Riverside; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was raised by his grandmother, Mary "Mommer" Shrodes. He was a 1969 graduate of Celina High School and retired from the former Huffy Corp. after 20 years of service. He also was a brick mason and member of the Celina Moose Lodge. He was an avid gun collector and animal lover and proud owner of two cats, Lucky and Tiger, whom he treated as if they were his children.
A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Celina Baptist Temple, the Rev. Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Following the service there will be a gathering of friends and family at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
