* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Sell
Paul I. Sell, 87, Bluffton, Ind., died at 5:35 a.m. Feb. 3, 2014, at Ashford Place Rehabilitation Center, Shelbyville, Ind.
He was born Oct. 29, 1926, in Rockford, to Samuel O. and Zelma Boice Sell. On Sept. 28, 1952, he married Elizabeth Kelly, who died June 8, 2007.
Surviving are two sons, Don (Kelly) Sell, Fort Wayne, Ind., and David (Valorie) Sell, Shelbyville, Ind., and six grandchildren.
He was the last of his immediate family, having been preceded in death by three brothers, Carl, Charles Robert and Lowell Sell, and two sisters, Wanna Sell and Ruth Smith.
He was a 1944 graduate of Rockford High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy from 1944-1946, serving as a pilot torpedo bomber. He was a National Weather Service Meteorologist for 45 years and a life insurance salesman for 50 years. He was a member of Murray Missionary Church, Murray, Ind.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Friday at Murray Missionary Church, the Rev. Mike Gilbert officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, Ossian, Ind., with military rites by American Legion Post 111 of Bluffton and the Navy Honor Guard.
Calling is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Murray Missionary Church, Murray.
