* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathryn McBride
Kathryn A. McBride, 83, St. Marys, died at 10 a.m. Jan. 25, 2014, at the Golden Living Center-Valley, St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 29, 1930, in Wapakoneta, to Hugh and Gertrude Schneider Cook. On Dec. 5, 1953, she married Perry D. McBride at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wapakoneta, and he survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Deborah McBride, St. Marys, and Dawn Cunningham, West Jefferson; four grandchildren, Justin (Tiffany) McBride, Nicholas Cunningham, Kelly Cunningham and Carly Cunningham; a brother, Richard Cook, Wapakoneta; a sister, Shirley Springer, Wapakoneta; and a sister-in-law, Pat Cook,  St. Marys.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia McBride, a brother, Fred Cook, and a brother-in-law, Edwin Springer
She was a 1950 graduate of New Knoxville High School. She was a homemaker and retail clerk, and she also sold Tupperware products for many years. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included crocheting, knitting, sewing and playing card games.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Cancer Association of Auglaize County or any charity of the donor's choice.
