* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tamara Wendel
Tamara M. "Tammy" Wendel, 35, Fort Recovery, died Jan. 20, 2014, at the James Cancer Center, Columbus.
She was born Nov. 24, 1978, in Coldwater, to Robert L. and Marilyn Quinter Wendel, who survive in Fort Recovery.
Also surviving are a sister, Sandra Wendel, West Carrollton, and two god children, Elliot Keller, Fort Recovery, and Tony Fullen, Republic.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Morris Wendel; a sister, Mary Catherine Wendel; and grandparents, Rochus and Mildred Wendel and Clarence "Tiny" and Mary Catherine Quinter.
She had worked several years at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, as an STNA "care companion." She was a 1997 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and received an associate degree in accounting from Wright State University-Lake Campus. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and Catholic Financial Life (formerly CK of A), St. Joe. She enjoyed puzzles, crocheting, playing hand and foot card games and helping each year with the annual CK of A brunch.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, St. Joe.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
