* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Maxine Spencer
Maxine B. Spencer, Sidney, and formerly of Celina, passed away Dec. 21, 2013.
She was born Sept. 26, 1914, in Ansonia to Arizona Landon and Orla Belle (Yaney) Bennett.
On Feb. 20, 1937, she married Wilson E. Spencer, and accompanied him to various locations in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania at Presbyterian churches where he served as pastor.
She is survived by a son, Max L. Spencer, of Willimantic, Conn. and daughters, Willa Jean (Philip) Harner, Newville, Pa., SueAnn Spencer, Mountainview, Calif., and Karen (James W.) Miller, Celina; a niece, Tena Barker, Carmel, Ind.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Donna Tearney and a grandson, John Harner.
She graduated from Ansonia High School and Cedarville College. She earned a degree in education and also worked as a secretary at Children's Hospital in Dayton and Miami University. She taught high school English and Latin in schools in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio, retiring from Parkway High School, Rockford, in 1979.
She was a member of Market Street Presbyterian Church, Lima, and was actively involved in church work her entire adult life. In 1987, after celebrating their 50th anniversary, Maxine and Wilson moved to Dorothy Love Retirement Community in Sidney, and continued to enjoy traveling, Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds and being with friend and family until his death in 1999.
She maintained that she wanted her body donated to Wright State University School of Medicine. A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
Memorials can be made to Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, or Market Street Presbyterian Church, Lima.
