* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marjorie Kuck
Marjorie J. Kuck, 95, New Knoxville, died at 10:13 a.m. Dec. 16, 2013, at the St. Marys Living Center of St. Marys.
She was born May 11, 1918, in New Bremen, to Alfred and Clara Conradi Luedeke. On Feb. 5, 1936, she married Byron H. Kuck, who preceded her in death Oct. 28, 1972.
Surviving is a daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Kuck, Celina; a daughter-in-law, Becky Kuck, Belgrade, Mont.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two nephews; and three nieces.
Also preceding her in death was a son, Larry Kuck; a brother, Fredrick Luedeke; and a sister, Pearl Luedeke.
She was valedictorian of the 1936 graduating class of New Bremen High School. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, and attended Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen. She was a homemaker and worked as a store clerk at the IGA in New Knoxville for 17 years.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, with Rev. Ryan Dalrymtle officiating. Interment will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The family requests memorial contributions be given to First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville.
