* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Heather Brackman
Heather Jean Brackman, 38, of Fort Rucker, Ala., died at 1:44 p.m. Nov. 25, 2013, at Flowers Hospital, Dothan, Ala.
She was born Sept. 26, 1975, in Celina, to Bradley Scot and Peggy Jean Knous Hull, who survive. On Oct. 25, 1994, she married Todd J. Brackman, who also survives.
Other survivors include a son, Ethan Brackman; a brother, Aaron Hull of Celina; two grandmothers, Phyllis Hull of Celina and Jackie Knous of Ohio; and in-laws, Marvin and Linda Brackman of Ohio.
Two grandfathers, Billy Hull and James Knous Sr., are deceased.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1994 and from Technical Trades Institute in Colorado Springs, Colo., in 1999 with a major in interior design. She worked as an interior designer for JC Penney custom decorating while living in Colorado Springs and later worked as a freelance interior designer.
She lived with her husband in Germany from 1994-1997, at Fort Carson, Colo., from 1997-2001, at Fort Rucker from 2002-2003 and at Fort Campbell, Ky., from 2004-2011 before returning to Fort Rucker.
She was a member of Grace Nazarene Church in Clarksville, Tenn., and was completely committed to her son's education as a Fort Rucker Elementary School room mom. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter and friend and was loved by so many.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Ethan Brackman college fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
