* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Mestemaker

Thomas G. Mestemaker, 100, formerly of Coldwater, died Nov. 23, 2013 at Otterbein living community.

He was born June 27, 1913, in Chickasaw, to Joseph and Josephine Fleck Mestemaker. He married Luella Romer on June 18, 1938, and she died June 15, 2001.

Surviving is an adopted daughter, Mary Jo (Dwight) Schmiesing, Minster; two grandsons, Scott Thomas Schmiesing, Minster, and Kevin Werner and Michelle Schmiesing, Greenville; a great-grandson, Austin Schmiesing; a sister, Jane (William) Topp, Centerville; and a sister-in-law, Katy Mestemaker, Coldwater.

He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, John Mestemaker, Sylvan Mestemaker and Irene Mestemaker-Borchers; Donald Mestemaker, Viola and Art Noll, Ruth and Fred Duncan and Irene and Herb Mettler.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Coldwater Knights of Columbus and was a former co-owner of Coldwater Implement.

Mass of Christian Burial is at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.

Calling is 1:30-2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
